Boron nitride material has high thermal stability, chemical stability and electrical insulation. It also has high thermal conductivity, dielectric properties and easy to process products. Its melting point is as high as 2800 ℃. It is not only a typical electrical insulator, but also an excellent heat conductor.

1) BN is the only ceramic that can be machined, and the machining accuracy reaches 0.01mm;
